I'm a die-hard feminist, political junkie, and Red Sox fan living in DC where I work in political consulting and PR. I tried to start a real blog, but then I realized I was too lazy and/or busy.

Talk to me:

ask me a question

@polpartygirl

Seriously, though,

katoleary:

I have learned an incredible amount from the people I’ve met on the Internet.  I think hearing a vast array of different perspectives on issues is the best way to form a complete understanding of said issues.  It seems ridiculous to say that blogging and commenting on blogs has made me a smarter person, better debater, more passionate and committed volunteer, and more conscientious person and feminist, but there it is.

I have to agree. I never would have guessed how much commenting on Jezebel (which is what started all of this for me) would impact my life and change me. But I’m grateful.
